The popularization of no-main-light lighting has raised higher requirements for consumers on lighting comfort and equipment safety. Traditional no-main-light trunking has problems such as dazzling glare and shortened service life due to poor heat dissipation. Today, with the dual upgrade of anti-glare and heat dissipation technology, the no-main-light trunking has achieved synchronous improvement of lighting experience and safety performance, becoming the core choice for high-quality home decoration lighting.
The core of the anti-glare technology upgrade lies in the optimization of light guide structure and optical design. In the production link, the "micro-prismatic light guide plate + anti-glare net" dual anti-glare design is adopted. The surface of the light guide plate is covered with micron-level prismatic structures, which can convert the direct light of the LED light strip into diffused light, making the light transmission more uniform and soft; the anti-glare net is made of high-transparency PC material, and the surface is atomized to further filter dazzling light. The glare value (UGR) is controlled below 16, far lower than the national standard of 22, and even looking directly at the trunking will not produce dazzling feeling. At the same time, the trunking adopts a deep anti-glare structure design, with a shading angle of more than 30°, which effectively avoids direct light to the human eyes, especially suitable for spaces such as living rooms and bedrooms where people stay for a long time.
The breakthrough of heat dissipation technology comes from material selection and structural innovation. The trunking substrate is made of 6063 aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity, which reaches 201W/(m·K), more than 3 times that of traditional iron sheet trunking, and can quickly conduct the heat generated by the LED light strip during operation; in terms of structural design, the combination of "hollow heat dissipation slot + honeycomb heat dissipation hole" is adopted. The side and bottom of the trunking are covered with heat dissipation holes, forming an air convection channel. The heat dissipation area is increased by 50% compared with the traditional trunking, which can control the operating temperature of the light strip below 45℃, avoiding light decay and aging of the light strip caused by high temperature.
Test data shows that the service life of the LED light strip in the upgraded no-main-light trunking is extended from the traditional 20,000 hours to more than 50,000 hours, and the light decay rate is reduced by 60%; the anti-glare effect is significant, which effectively protects eyesight while meeting daily lighting needs, especially suitable for children's rooms, studies and other scenarios. The product has strong compatibility, can be adapted to LED light strips of various widths from 5mm to 12mm, supports various color temperatures such as warm light, cool light and neutral light, and the installation methods include ceiling embedded, wall embedded, surface mounting, etc., adapting to different decoration styles and space needs.
Application scenarios have expanded from residential home decoration to commercial spaces and public areas, such as school classrooms, hospital wards, and office buildings. With its dual advantages of anti-glare and heat dissipation, it has become the preferred choice for scenarios with high requirements for lighting comfort and safety. In the future, the industry will further optimize the anti-glare optical design and heat dissipation structure, combine intelligent dimming technology, launch more personalized and safe products, and promote the in-depth development of no-main-light lighting towards "comfort, safety and high quality".
